The name Room & Reason is a quiet play on the phrase “no rhyme or reason”—a way of saying something lacks structure or purpose. We exist to be the opposite of that. Every event begins with the room—the space that sets the tone—and is guided by the reason behind it: the purpose, the brand, the message. Whether it’s a private dinner, a product launch, or an off-site retreat, we believe that what makes an event memorable isn’t just where it happens, but why it happens. Room & Reason began with a love for hospitality and an eye for strategy. I started working in large-scale private events like bar and bat mitzvahs while in high school in Scottsdale, Arizona—learning early on how much intention and coordination it takes to make an event feel seamless. Years later, while studying abroad in London, I worked for a venue consulting and event management agency. That experience highlighted a gap in the U.S. market: there were few companies offering curated, venue-first event support with the same blend of professionalism and taste. That realization sparked the idea for Room & Reason. The brand now exists at the intersection of corporate work and experiential hospitality—two spaces I’m passionate about. Building Room & Reason has been the most exciting and aligned leap I’ve taken, and I’m so grateful to bring this vision to life.
