Venue Sourcing

Based on your preferences, I source and present a curated selection of venues—ranging from private dining rooms and boutique hotels to rooftops and event spaces. All sourcing is done with your brand tone, budget, and logistical needs in mind. This service is completely free of charge.

Creative Planning

For clients who want more than just a space, I offer elevated planning support. This includes moodboards, styling direction, vendor coordination, entertainment booking, and custom itineraries. Every element is selected to enhance the space—not overwhelm it.

Execution & Oversight

Once everything is approved, I handle vendor communication, timeline management, and on-site coordination as needed. Whether I’m simply confirming with the venue or running the entire experience, I ensure every detail aligns with the vision—so your event feels effortless, polished, and on point.

We’re compensated by the venue, not by you. Think of us like a talent scout for event spaces—our job is to match you with the right one. There’s no markup, no hidden fees, and no catch. If you only need help finding a space, we’ll never charge you for that.

What kind of events do you specialize in?

We focus on corporate and brand-forward events—like private dining, off-site meetings, product launches, influencer dinners, and executive retreats. Whether you’re gathering 10 or 1,000 people, we tailor the experience to feel aligned, elevated, and intentional.

What if I already have a venue?

That’s totally fine. If you’re set on a space but need help bringing it to life, we offer à la carte planning services—from decor and entertainment to itinerary design and on-site support. Every package is built around what you actually need—nothing you don’t.

Do you work with individuals too or just companies?
